| 250 Hour Service: |
|
Normally performed every 250 hours or 90 days for ICE units and 350 hours or 120 days for electric fork lift units. Our checklist contains up to 65 inspection points including:
- System lubrications and general inspections
- Operational evaluation
- Engine oil and filter changed
- Wheels and tires checked for damage
- Hydraulic line checked for wear or leakage

| 1000 Hour Service: |
|
Normally performed every 1,000 hours or 6 months of forklift operation.
- Fuel filter changed
- Electronic diagnostic checks

| Annual Service: |
|
Normally performed every 2,000 hours or 1 year of lift truck operation. All services performed in our Level A & B Service plus:

Antifreeze coolant changed

Transmission fluid and filter changed

Clean and repack wheel bearings
